International Food Connectors BV, a young & dynamic international food trading company based in Rotterdam (Wilhelminaplein), is looking for a punctual, administrative talent to support the trading department. You will work together with experienced traders who will coach you in developing all the skills necessary to succeed in the dynamic world of international trade.

- Fluent English and Dutch. Native Dutch is a requirement. Additional languages are a major plus.

About the job
You will be responsible for supporting the buyers at IFC by handling various administrative tasks. You will join a young and ambitious team that works hard but doesn’t forget to celebrate success either!
Your responsibilities:
- Request and check export documentation
- Provide information clients / suppliers
- Create, check and send invoices
- Send export documents to clients
- Archiving
- Notice and act towards developments and optimizations

What we expect from you:
- Vocational degree (MBO) with a commercial or administrative focus / MBO working and thinking level
- Ambition to work in a commercial trading environment
- Fluent English and Dutch. Native Dutch is a requirement. Additional languages are a major plus.
